/ Level I & II Inspection

Know what's inside before you light a fire.

We check the firebox, smoke chamber, flue liner, and cap for creosote accumulation, structural cracks, and draft obstructions. You get a plain verbal summary of every finding on the spot — no report jargon.

Annual inspection recommended for any actively used fireplace. Flat rate, no assessment fee tacked on if cleaning follows.

/ Chimney Cleaning

Creosote out. Draft restored. Done.

We remove creosote and soot from the firebox through the flue using professional rotary brushes and a contained vacuum system — no mess left behind in your home.

Recommended annually or after 80–100 fires. Pricing is flat per cleaning; heavier buildup requiring chemical treatment is quoted separately, upfront.

/ Cap & Liner Repair

Fix what's failing, leave the rest alone.

Cracked caps let water in; damaged liners let combustion gases out. We replace chimney caps and repair or reline flues using stainless steel liner systems rated for your appliance.

Repairs are scoped after inspection and quoted before any work starts. We do not recommend liner replacement unless the inspection shows it's necessary.

We show you what we find before the work starts.

How Every Visit Works

When we arrive, we inspect first. We walk you through the condition of your chimney — what's built up, what's cracked, what's fine — and explain what the appropriate service is and what it costs.

Only after you've heard the full picture do we ask if you want to proceed. The scope is never expanded at the door. If we find something outside what you booked, we quote it separately.
